Matt McCormick

Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO of AddOn Networks Matt’s role is to lead the business to success through leadership, experience and innovative and business leading strategy.

Matt’s career has grown with AddOn having joined the business in 2005, he quickly joined the sales team and was promoted to VP Sales in 2011 and subsequently AddOn President shortly after. As a key stake holder and senior leader of the business, Matt’s involvement has been integral to growth to where the business stands today. He pioneered the optical transceiver business for AddOn – transitioning the business from a re-seller of other network accessories to the current business model. He also developed the white label service offering and continues to drive the brand and business that help to grow.

Patrick Beard

Chief Technical Officer

As CTO for AddOn Networks, Patrick is responsible for establishing the company's technical vision and spearheading all technical systems, production and roadmap. Patrick is highly focused on the technical aspects of AddOn’s overarching strategy: creating quality connections around the world through fiber optic connectivity.

Patrick has a long history in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining AddOn 13 years ago, Patrick spent a decade honing his skills in the fields of RF, optical, microelectronics, and memory/storage design at Viking Technology and Metromedia Paging.

Patrick holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.

Scott Krzywicki

Chief Financial Officer

Scott brings over 20 years of senior finance executive experience and visionary leadership to his role as CFO and COO at AddOn Networks. His previous roles in private equity sponsored and public/multi-national corporations allow him to successfully lead the operations, HR, production and finance teams as well as executing strategic initiatives for operational efficiency, budget management, organizational profitability, and revenue growth.

He is an operations-focused business leader driving continuous process improvement across all department functions; ensuring employee performance and operational workflow through strategic planning and finance/operational oversight. Scott is experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Integration with significant international experience.

Brad Ross

Chief Sales Officer

As the Chief Sales Officer for AddOn Networks, Brad’s extensive industry and sales experience brings strategic vision to the global sales and marketing functions that he leads. Brad is a visionary leader, with over 25 years of executive experience with a focus on strategic sales, channels and partner relationships within global IT and Enterprise software sales. He has a proven record of dramatically exceeding established goals, through a relentless focus on ensuring customer success.

Prior to joining AddOn in 2019, Brad held global sales leadership roles at Pivot3, VMware, BMC Software, CSC and EDS.
