Federal Sales Director - Mid-Atlantic Region
The Director of Sales will be responsible for new customer acquisition, sales strategy and execution in Federal Sales.
The Director of Sales will manage sales efforts to include new account sales, current account expansion, the development and implementation of sales strategy. The position is measured by, and expected to achieve all agreed upon new sales goals for the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic sales plans.
- Manage efforts to research and identify customer prospects and targets.
- Build and maintain AddOn’s company brand, establishing our position in the market.
- Collaborate with sales, products, and marketing teams to develop new product offerings within existing and new lines of business.
- Represent Addon by driving business development with company partners.
- Conduct market research and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy.
- Accountable for personal sales quotas based on corporate revenue goals.
- Personally engage in key account sales, business development, and ongoing customer success.
- Develop and actively maintain sales forecasts across assigned accounts and lines of business.
- Measure and report results of sales and plan execution.
- Identify areas for improvement and acts to implement positive change.
- Manage development and maintenance of referral-generation plans.
- Manage development and execution of external and internal sales communications plans.
Requirements:
- 5+ years documented success in business technology products and services related to the Federal market.
- Experience creating data driven programs to drive company strategy.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience with data management and analysis.
Travel
- Travel as required, both air and ground.

Consulting Sales Engineer - St. Louis, MO
We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented Networks Field System Engineer to work in the MSO (Cable), Internet Service Provider and Data Center space. This position will team with Sales account teams in a technical role supporting the teams managing multiple accounts and facilitating the sale of products and solutions. In addition to technical aptitude and staying current in an evolving industry, the ideal candidate's interpersonal, presentation and communication skills will help to build mindshare and technical capabilities with key partners. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive sales environment is essential.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective coordination and support between ProLabs account teams for pre/post sale technical resources.
- Develop and maintain trusted professional relationships with customer technical leadership and engineers involved with planning and implementing initiatives, projects, deployments, etc.
- Provide technical enablement to all customers, including product and solution training, roadmap updates, hands-on training, and developing/providing product demonstrations.
- Communicate highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including customer engineers and technical decision makers.
- Take ownership of high priority or sensitive customer issues, ensuring prompt, satisfactory resolution to the issue by using a systematic approach and assembling appropriate technical resources.
- Understand and influence customer requirements and translate them into company solutions.
- Proofs-of-Concept (PoC) and test plans overview, preparation during appropriate sales stage.
- Compile detailed Product Verification Report (PVR) to provide product certification to internal organizations and external customers.
- Product demos, Bill-of-Materials (BoM), solution proposal and RFI/RFP support.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services, as well as industry trends.
- Performs other duties as required.
Skills/Qualifications
- Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience with large-scale service provider network operations, design and/or complex enterprise and evolution with a topical understanding of private/public/hybrid IT business models.
- Working knowledge [hands-on preferred] and deep understanding of data networking infrastructures, architectures, concepts and associated technologies: Route/Switch L2/L3, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing Protocols (BGP/ISIS/OSPF, etc.), MPLS, LDP, L2/L3 VPN, Multicast, ACL, FW.
- Working knowledge of DWDM/CWDM optical transport systems, switches, routers, modules, platforms in major network equipment such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Ciena, Nokia/ALU, etc. DOCSIS CMTS, Edge QAM, Outside Plant and HFC understanding is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, collaborative work skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills, presentation and time-management skills.
- Strong personality with leadership skills working in complex matrix external organizations.
- Strong presence and credibility to be proven at customer sites and internally.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Will ideally have a solid understanding of optical transceiver, optic form factors, optical technologies and higher order modulations used in relevant data or telecommunication applications.
- Relevant vendor certifications: Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Arista, or other industry certificates are beneficial.

Catalog Specialist - Tustin, CA
The overall purpose of this position is to support a growing catalog of computer peripherals through content management. The candidate would be proficient in Excel and be capable of learning key attributes of various product offerings to be able to determine the basis for assigned attributes. A proactive and reactive approach is necessary to not only maintain our current catalog but to also fulfill the needs of immediate requests.
Duties
- Send setup sheets to distribution channels
- Use created templates to enrich catalog and fulfill immediate requests
- Become familiar with product offerings to determine and fix possible errors in data
- Create import sheets to manage products in the content management system (CMS)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Keen attention to detail

The role of sales operations is one of support to sales. The sales operation specialist is tasked with all non-sales related functions freeing up sales people to perform sales. This position is the liaison between sales and fulfillment. It is also vital in assuring adherence to customer contractual requirements and delivering on customer expectations both internal and external.

Technical Support Representative - Tustin, CA
A technical support representative is responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers as well as entry and maintenance of data relating to the timely shipment of products.
